In order to access your router config page, you need to know the default gateway. Open a command prompt and type "ipconfig" without the quotes. Pay attention to the line that says default gateway. It should be something like 192.168.xxx.x or something like that. Go into the run box and type http://defaultgateway" without the quotes. Replace "default gateway" with the address you found earlier. You should be taken to the configuration page. From there, find something that says port forwarding. Fill in the port numbers, select both UDP and TCP, and then type the IP address of your computer on the local network. I'm sorry I can't be more specific. Each router is different. On some routers, I think it's possible to select your device from a list. Once the port is open, you should have no problems when other people connect to your server.
