I know this isn't what you want to hear, but getting stable income as a gamer personality is extremely hard (blind or not) and honestly unless you're willing to dedicate a lot of time and resources into things like production and have a very personable, charming personality, it's not gonna happen. then you might as well pack up. Hahaha, that's what caused me to bail from the scene.
One possibility that might work is you might be able to build a youtube/twitch persona around the fact that you're blind, but in order to keep a sizable audience, you will have to find games that are more popular, so then you'll probably need to play far less accessible games. But if you've got the personality, the time and the ef fort needed to try it out, then go for it, I'm not gonna stop you lol.
