I don't know which jacks are on what row, so that makes no sense to me. The soundcard is supposed to connect to the RCA outs, yes. Wherever the jacks are, the point is that the victor stream should be conected to the CD / tape ins, and the soundcard's line in should be conected to the outputs on the mixer.
