I don't know what to suggest how to run the game correctly, first of all, the game will not load if you have tooooo many tts voice on your computer, I don't know why, but that was what happend to me. I have around 20 speech voice that time from dectalk.
second: don't forget to run it with chinese local useing local emulator.
make sure that you set it up correctly the setting.
open Edit Global Profile List
wait till the legy app open, if done, press tab a couple times untill you hear location: combobox something.
arrow down to chinese, and shift tab to the save as button. press space/enter, a editbox will show up, type what you want, something like run with chinese, and then save. now close the legy app, back to the exe file, press aplication, then local emulator, arrow down to the run as chinese thing (depend with what you write erlyer.
