Actually, you should choose I will install the guest operating system later, then choose the vmdk file that contains the mac os you downloaded. Unless you actually happen to have an iso. Why are you trying to create a virtual machine, anyway? You shouldn't have to. Just click add a new virtual machine to library, and then click on the vmx file of your vm, hit enter and run it. If it asks if you moved or copied it, say you moved it.
