Firstly, you don't need winrar. That's a paid product and isn't really needed. Try ultimate zip I know, it's an ancient version, but Ultimate Zip is now a paid product as well, so this is a freeware release from before they went shareware. Just so we all aren't confused, this is *not* a pirated version of Ultimate Zip, it's the freeware distribution from Blind Software. This also mean that the link, being an archived site, is future proof. Second, the lts is the laser tagging system. It is not a weapon, but rather a gateway for the cruise-missiles. You target it like a weapon, but when you get a solid lock tone and fire, you'll hear rio say something like, we got the fucker! Time to kick some ass! when you hear that just switch to the cruise-missiles and let'em have it by firing one of those. The lts is the radar for the cruise0missiles so you could be not facing your enemy and still fir ing one.
