Confirmed. Their are no language options in this demo.
Also, the single player story mode is the only thing on the main menu aside from options and something to do with the internet.
Options has control setup, something I don't know, sound settings, and two other things I don't know.
Cut sceens can be skipped with r1 after pausing them, and r1 after pausing the game is also how you exit the demo as well. just press down then x to exit.
Oh, and, none of your changes are saved.
