Re: I am sincerely tired of muds
Well ghost rider, I personally think dentin hit the proverbial nail on the head here. how can you be sick of muds when not having tried them?
Prire to Vip mud's release I'd have agreed with you, however since now there is a simple and quick way to start with muds, well there's no reason not to try.
I'll also say that at least as far as Alteraeon is concerned, well the distinction between a textual game and a full on audio game which you mention gets very, very narrow, due to the awsome soundpack for the game.
I personally do not enjoy muds as much as other text games since I prefer the time to appreciate atmosphere of what I'm reading about, rather than having to type like a demon and have my speech so fast I just get the bare essentials of the information, plus I'm a solo rather than a multiplayer person anyway. That being said I still do appreciate the muds I've tried, an d will likely continue occasionally having a quick black on Aleraeon as the mood takes me, albeit I'm not really one to run out and play them day after day and prefer a propper text game with more time, ---- but I only got to this opinion by trying muds out myself in the first place.
