The pass came with new copies of the game, and it was free... but you probably have to pay for it on the psn store where you can also download it.
Ghost rider... I wouldn't necessarily call that cheap.. since that was more or less how I beat him. And your x-ray actually does a lot of good... it doesn't piss him off if you hit him with it. lol If you use long range attacks and want to use your x-ray, teleport behind him with Raiden and then hit him with a two hit string then do your x-ray and he should be caught in it.
