What does OIA stand for, You mentioned that it was something that comes with Windows 10. Also, I believe Windows 10 is the only operating system that lets you build 3D objects for use with 3D printers with the 3D builder app.
Hmm, I'll have to try that and see if it works. Thanks for your suggestion about changing the screen resolution.
