midi keyboards: Any recommendations?
Hi all.
So, I'm thinking about diving quite seriously into midi and explore this huge world. Currently, I only know the basics, and I don't know if I'll be addicted to making music. For this reason, and because I want something quite small and portable, I'm looking for some small midi keyboard. I have a ton of choices here in my country. Do you have any recommendations? Or should I just visit some of the shops, check them out and pick the keyboard which feels right for me? It would be cool to have a midi keyboard with drumpads as well. It's just unbelievable how cheep they are...
Regarding the software and instruments which comes with some of the keyboard, is there something which I should look out for? Something accessible, something inaccessible or is it not worth it to look at? I'm planning to either use Reaper or Logic. I think I'll buy Logic because of all the instruments and stuff, and because it have a huge huge manual as well.It would be great to hear your recommendations and thoughts regarding to all this...
