I think that this game is short and there isnt so much text in this games, so translating this is no problem.
This game hasnt any quests only story mode, maybe franciswolf is very good in english.
Does someone has a contact with him, maybe he is woriking on any new titles.
I think that nop is very great example of rpg game.
