Not a lot of information around other than for taking the test itself, did manage to dig up a list of resources from the National Federation of the Blind [here] from 2006, and a promising series of audio prep materials [here] for 60$, there's a sample of the social studies section of the audio course [here], with other samples in the recent posts section for science and math.
