I wouldn't know about the cave... I haven't tried entering it. But the good thing about the full voice thing is that it still leaves the text sending out, like a subtitle almost. It's basically the same dialog system used in the original, only this time your screenreader won't read the dialog automatically, the character voices them, and your screen reader only reads what is commanded of it. So if you press an arrow key or whatever, it'll read the dialog back to you using the screen reader. And translation still works.
