Yeah, this one specifically is one of those, the twitch player only lets you scroll 5 seconds at a time using keyboard as far as I've seen.
edit: yeah I just saw your post @ironcross, lol the problem is the jump is so small relatively speaking using the keyboard it just doesn't matter, especially when the vids are like 8 hours long
