I would think that with a pair of headphones you could play any game or games that interest you.
And you'll want the headphones anyway. No matter how low you keep the volume, other passengers around you will still be able to hear it, so you'll become a disturbance to them, then the airline itself will tell you to either use the headphones or shut off the game or games for the rest of the flight.
Then you'll have nothing to do but take a nap, if you can.
