The only way to watch english subbed anime is to download the anime's external subtitles or srt files, and watch it with a program called KM player. That is the only program I know of which lets you read subtitles along with the video. The problem with this is, not all anime have released external subtitles... it's much easier for an uploader to simply embed the subtitles into the video, in which case there isn't a program to watch it if you're blind. At least, not yet... lol
