I'de recommend give them back this laptop
windows 10 won't work with 1.10 ghz processor
and make sure your fan is running, fans dies overtime for usage
I used hp probook before, it's fan died, but i just didn't notice
after spending too much time on it i've noticed fan aren't spinning
and It has too late, cause amd cpu is burned
the hp service offered me new pavilion g7 laptop, but i didn't wanted to get their crap defective hp products
their laptops's primar reason, the graphic chip is overheating no matter you play audiogames or video games, you will notice graphic card going to 75 80 celsius
When the laptop runs hot for a long time, the graphics chip separates from the motherboard and powering the laptop fails.
this is expensive process, so make sure what you are purchasing before
this is I know not related to topic, my question is
I think hp and amd are same team mates, why hp uses crappy amd cpus? everyone says in internet amd cpus overheating always
I just bought the new asus with i 7 processor
it's not overheating thought
these are my advices, stay away from hp products
note,! their desktop computers works great, their laptops are not
