Make sure you are running the command prompt as administrator by highlighting it in the start menu by pressing shift plus an arrow key then press aplications key which is to the right of the spacebar and go to run as administrator and press enter. Make sure that the dx7vb.dll is in the system32 or syswow64 folder depending on what kind of computer you have then you can register the dll properly.
Pretty sure I ran comand prompt as an admin... Then I just followed the instructions in the atticks ok here about how 2 register the file... Idk what's wrong .
