You can adjust the speech rate using the SAPI control panel.

You need to access the scanner and download the file once the girl helping you finishes scanning it. I forget her name lol!
After that, you have to go back to the card writing machine and create the card using all the information you've collected.
I'm still stuck on the Hanger puzzle. What am I doing wrong? Am I simply not reacting quickly enough?
