Oh—well, I'm glad to hear that. Because of any unique items, it seems appropriate to let players keep that one. Plus since it can only be worn by the Hero of Farhaven, we don't have to worry about you equipping your party with a bunch of duplicates...
Now I need to figure out how it slipped through the cracks, though, lol
