Copy the two ocx-files (MSINET.OCX & MSWINSCK.OCX) - which also come within the Swamp folder - to "C:\Windows\System32". Open the command prompt as Administrator and type:
cd..
cd..
cd\windows
cd\windows\system32
regsvr32 msinet.ocx
regsvr32 mswinsck.ocx
