A smoke? like really? LOL sorry but this thing makes me laugh. Claiming that doing the moderator is a difficult job "which it is", closing down posts even if not necessary, and not dealing with more relevant issues, for example listening a player tha is willing to explain and dicsuss in a civil manner about his punishment. Wow, claps! I should have them as an example to follow.
