Why should they? NVDA sucks and is starting to have more issues than improvements. It sucks with IE, doesn't work well with firefox, office, etc, and more issues are coming as we speak. Plus, its written in Python, which is another bad reason not to support it. Window Eyes is written in C++ and has many advantages over NVDA, such as an app central, ability to parse and compile _vbscript_s, and more.
