As reported by [Arstechnica]:
After the [unexpected malfunction] and quasi successful landing of the CRS-16, SpaceX is doing its final launch of the year with the GPS 3 military satellite from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. This mission will use a new Falcon 9 core, and due to mission requirements will not be attempting a landing.
