What I found out, is its best to use screen review for this game.
You are able to use the normal NVDA num-pad or laptop keys with vmouse as well, if that makes it easier.
Make sure you are using the vmouse cursor, by pressing the minus key on the key pad, then use 7 and 9 to move through the options. Normally with the normal NVDA cursor, you have to root the mouse, then left click. With the vMouse cursor, you can simply do a left click.
