Okay here goes...
Spoilers ahead!
First go to 487,0
Hook right and climb up
Take a step to the right so you stand on the wall at 488,12
Jump two to the right so you land on 490,15
Now just go to the right... mind the gap at 491 though, no point falling down just to jump up again now is there.
Finally, when you have the sword, just fall down at the end of the platform for some minor fall damage, or go down to the left with no fall damage
