Okay gave this one a try and am finding the same thing, NvdA is no longer reading the text in the Ie window when I run the game, indeed its now doing the same thing in Ie as it does when I try to run the game in chrome.
Interestingly enough though, when I tried with supernova, it was absolutely fine, which suggests to me that its more likely an NvdA thing than a windows update, though what that could be goodness knows.
