If you want to actually do something positive instead of just admitting your a problem again, I'd strongly suggest that you delete your harshest previous comments on this thread, and the RAD one.
No one else can do it if it hasn't broken a rule, only you, so if you want to apologize and take responsibility for your actions, you should get rid of anything that was needlessly insulting/negative, I'm sure Ian would appreciate it.
Anyway, I think this is a step in the right direction and I'm happy for it even if it's long overdo. Despite it's limited scope and the potential for bad enforcement it sends a message. And it also gives us something more tangible to bring up to the media if the FCC can't handle it correctly.
Not to mention that it's seemingly having ripple effects in that more accessibility teams are being formed and existing ones given more funding at various studios and their are more, and more calls for disabled representatives/community feedback lately.
I hope the law gets more comprehensive in time, but regardless it can only have a positive effect!
