i use aida64. haven't updated it for a year or 2 but last version i have is very screen reader friendly and shows pretty much everything that's going on in your computer rite down to fan speeds, drive, CPU, video and ram temperatures. unfortunately the full version you have to pay for but the free version shows you all the basics and i think that includes temperatures.
