Re: people touching blind people
Interesting in fact.
blind can't see so we sometime touch the people to grab the attention or to get proper addressed
as sited people show there's excitement and _expression_ with hands gesture, body language and eye contact.
but the important thing is, blind people must be aware about the fact, they should not touch other people without anything happen.
they have to be aware them self, the touching kind of thing is not so good in public area while talking to other blind fellow.
