@14, I beleive you can do quite a few things without the touch screen. Pretty much anything can be done with physical buttons, not having to use the touch screen. Also, it is possible to control a lot of features of the montage like performances and such via Midi, meaning via your PC plugged into the montage. John Melas is making those montage tools and is currently working on making his tools accessible.
