@Ken, well there is the stormlight archive wiki if you need to refresh your memory about the story.
@Dark, sanderson's writing in the way of kings does remind me of jordan's writing except for constantly adding useless characters into a story. Dalinar I could have done without I only enjoyed his battles and his visions about the past. I read the description of the second book and Shallan and Jasnah are supposed to be looking for the city Urithuriu which will be interesting since it's mentioned a few times in the first book. I would really like to know more about Odium. Obviously he is evil since he apparently killed the allmighty but what is he? Can't wait for the new book but sadly I can't get a sample off of iBooks.
