What's the power running at in your country of residence. For me, it's 110 volts, but they want 240 for charging. This information I am parroting off of what someone has told me since I don't own them. But if yours is not staying running, perhaps let it charge for nearly a day. if your power even is 220, it will charge slower than it would if it gets what it wants, which is 240. These things have odd driver requirements, hopefully someone who actually has one and has dealt with their eccentricities will chime in here.
