Re: problem with nvda and keyboard

This sounds like it's probably because the function keys are set to control stuff like volume and brightness etc instead of standard F key behaviour. You need to find out how to change the default behaviour for your laptop brand. I did this to a dell not long ago, but I can't seem to find the option now. It's supposed to be under mobility centre, but I couldn't find it. You could also try locking the Fn key, but it would be best to change the defaults.
