Hi.
You don't have to click on Test Stream, but only the Stream button after you have connected to your Xbox.
After you click Continue to the message telling that there is no controller connected, you can do the OCR.
If it doesn't work, then go to the desktop by pressing Windows D, and then alt tab back to the Xbox app again.
You can adjust the stream quality, which sometimes makes a difference.
