I tried to buy a game from them last year, and I never received any follow-through of any kind. Silly me, I forgot to open a dispute with Paypal and it's too late now, so that's fifteen bucks I'll never get back.
My general advice at this point: bridges are burned, and I would not feel right in suggesting you try it until or unless this company seriously gets its act together.
