Yess, Jason is correct. There are many guides out there for trade wars asn many still play. I fyou can't find them on google, let me know and I'll get you the info.
As far as bre, the interbbs thing is yes, basically everyone on the NER BBS bnads together to kill everyone else. If you want to beat up on fellow ner bbs'ers, ple bre(local) that one you can beat up on each other all you want.
