Though these are always visible on-screen, they can only be moved to with the edit command.
Otherwise, the next option down will be for input window timing.

Pressing a button on any of these controls will assign that button and move the curser to the next in the list.
Once all buttons are assigned, you'll be on the option for input window timing, and the preset will be set at custom.
