Just a small note though.
I am part of the sound and testing team on reality game studios.
Lately we have been having some issues with people just showing up and thinking it was nice to anoy some of our dev team by posting lets just say bad things in our message files among other things.
This has lead to at least 2 conflicts and 3 devs have left the group as a result, we are moving to address this and eventually if not rresolved it will mean we will start killing our own files.
Since we have no idea who these trolls are and can only speculate that it must be someone not contributing or not commenting or something, no true people have been found out about this, I'd be carefull with just adding people randomly.
I am happy to contribute anything I can but I really don't want you to hit the same trap.
