You can manage it with iTunes. Connect your phone, press the iPhone button, turn on the setting which is something like manage music manually or whatever, mine is in hungarian so yeah. Then press done and then press the iPhone button again, after a few tabs there are folders, select sounds, then tab a little and you'll see a treeview. And there it's blank, but if you copy something with controll c and paste it with controll v, it should work. You'll hear a sound when it synced the two devices.
