1. no need to be using reaAccess, or Brian Artgen's outdated missinformed courses at all nowadays. Times have changed and things have too, a lot.
2. Updated resources, including an accessible kontakt script which is much better than hsc sets for a single proprietary solution which is sadly not getting much love, (the glorified vipAudioAccess closed, thankfully) are found here
the demo version at least, should let you load and play instruments using reaper.
However, I agree with just only one single thing--if a kontakt instrument requires to be activated, that is the worst interface ever, even for jaws version 45.24 with ultra bionic OCR installed. so you will need sighted help there but you will not get stuck if you can manage to do it.
