Why are some games flag as a harmful file?

As the topic ask. Why are some games flag as a harmful file?
I notice this happens with some games such as Darkened Chain, Night Of Parasite and other games. It seems that the virus protection no matter which one it flags some games as the following.
Virus, trojan, malware and other kind of harmful files. What do you do in cases like this?
