do 1 of 2 things. first. download the latest version from mozilla's page. and 2. give us some more info. exact name of o.s. make of pc, 32/64 bit, version of firefox u trying to get to work. laptop/desktop. graffics chip in it if u no. if not its not inportant. how much ram. and so on.
