If you're just planning to watch TV and occasionally record stuff, you don't need any add-ons. The DMS (DVBViewer Media Server) is a great tool if you want to record scheduled programs even if your DVBViewer isn't running, or if you want to distribute your IP TV signal throughout your entire local network (including transcoding so other devices can play it back as well), auto timer creation to automatically record ongoing series and loads more. If you don't need this, the simple DVBViewer Pro license should be fine.
