Chromebooks are very accessible using the ChromeVox screen reader. You can also run Android apps on some of them, so Team Talk and other apps should work okay.

Speaking of CHromebooks, can someone recommend a decent model that's relatively cheap? I want to experience the official Chrome OS experience on a new device and also get access to Android apps, all without breaking the bank. Is it possible to get something decent that meets these requirements for under $200 or $300?
