It's not a screen reader. I don't know what SAPI is. It's the Entombed in game voice. Probably text-to-speech or otherwise machine generated - it doesn't talk like a human. I picked up an a item and I couldn't figure out what the voice was saying. Best I could tell I had got myself a long stemmed rose. Turned out to be a rosewood longbow. She was pronouncing "bow" like it was part of a tree or ship.
