An issue recording audio with Soundflower

Hi.

Ok, so here's my issue.
I'm trying to record a game and recording it through quicktime player so I can put it on youtube.
So, here's my setup.
I've got an aggregate device set up in audio midi setup with my macbook air built in microphone and sound flower, 64 ch. This in theory combines both input sources.
Then, I open the soundflowerbed application and configure it to output sound through my output so I can actually hear what's going on.
Next, I set sound flower 64 ch as the mac's system sound output.
I then open quicktime player and set my recording input to the aggregate device.
This setup seems to work well except everything is in mono.
I load up my Windows VM and try playing a game and the audio is crystal clear but in mono.
Anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
