thanks for your information SLJ, but, do to heavy sanctions by United nations because of iran nucliar programs, using paypal and most of the ways to transfer money to foreign countries is restricted. however, after hassan rouhani became a president, the government policies tward west has changed, and as a result, these sanctions are getting softer.
