Magic and Yu-Gi-Oh are entirely different from each other, and at least for me Magic is alot easier than Yu-Gi-Oh, which results from MR4 in Yu-Gi-Oh and the different tournament ruleset, which limits you to use only cards of the last few years in Magic, while you can use almost any card ever released in Yu-Gi-Oh.
This however will probably be very depending on the person playing it.
